This update to Board Policy BED (Local) adds a new "Public Comment" section that prioritizes parents of currently enrolled students to speak first during the citizenship participation portion of public board meetings, and replaces the word "complaints" with "grievances" throughout the Complaints/Grievances and Concerns section.

- Parents of students currently enrolled in the District shall be allowed to speak first during the citizenship participation portion of any public board meeting [See BED.]. The District shall make provision to ensure that parents are identified.
