Meeting notesThis update to Conroe ISD Board Policy EA (Local) establishes a new "Availability of Instructional Plan or Course Syllabus" section, requiring the District to post instructional plans or course syllabi on its website each semester and requiring teachers to provide copies to district administration and parents of enrolled students, with additional copies available upon parent request.

- Availability of Instructional Plan or Course Syllabus (section heading)
- At the beginning of each semester, the District shall post on its website an instructional plan or course syllabus for each class offered in the District that semester.
- In order for the District to make this required posting, each teacher shall provide a copy of the instructional plan or course syllabus for each class for which the teacher provides instruction to: 1. District administration; and 2. The parent of each student enrolled in the class.
- Additionally, each teacher shall provide for additional copies of the instructional plan or course syllabus for each class for which the teacher provides instruction to be made available to a parent of a student enrolled in the class on the parent's request.
