This update to Policy FNAA (Local) adds two new provisions: (1) a new content limitation prohibiting distribution of materials that promote concepts defined as prohibited under Board Policies EFA, EFB, EMB, and EMI (Local), and (2) a new "Superintendent Authority" section requiring the Superintendent to develop compliance procedures and certify to the Board that the District complies with this policy no later than February 1, 2026.
