This update to Conroe ISD's GKDA (Local) policy adds two new provisions: a tenth content limitation banning distribution of materials that promote concepts prohibited under Board Policies EFA, EFB, EMB, and EMI (Local), and a new "Superintendent Authority" section requiring the Superintendent to develop compliance procedures and certify compliance to the Board no later than February 1, 2026.

  • Superintendent Authority: The Superintendent shall develop policies and procedures to ensure compliance with this Policy. The Superintendent shall certify to the Board of Trustees that the District complies with this Policy not later than February 1, 2026.
